I've started the restoration of a very early Savage No. 4 Mk. I that was horribly sported, and could use some help. Serial is OC4XX. Obtained a decent Savage barrel from Klunk, and have some bits on hand. Would very much like to obtain a Savage low sidewall forend. I've posted a notice in the EE, but thought that mentioning it here would help. Thanks.
