With the years i have ended up buying 2 stripped Savage receivers.

One was a 10TR and the other a Savage 12 benchrest if ever i felt like building a single feed Fclass build one day.
I have sold the 10TR bare receiver as my recent 6.5 build i have used Bighorn instead of Savage.

The new owner, including me (if ever i do finish the model 12 for a Fclass) are wondering where to find trigger parts for these rifles.
By stripped receivers they are missing all trigger parts.

Numrich seems like a rich parts source, 10TR seems like a Canadian model they don't know what we are speaking of.

Thanks!

I believe that most of those odd alphanumeric combinations are just variations of the Savage Model 10. I've got a "Cabela's Exclusive" Savage Model 10T-SR. On the barrel it is stamped Savage Model 10, and then the calibre and the standard read the manual...

I would assume it is a Model 10 and go from there. I've sort of been wondering the same thing, as I've been considering a Boyd's At-One thumbhole stock over the current Accu-stock setup.

Jerry can’t help, I’ve tryed there.

Numrich don’t know what a model 10 TR is.
Savage Arms told me to call Western Gunparts out of Edmonton. Western gunparts told me to call Grech outdoors.
Savage will sell direct if you have a gunsmith lisense, but they won’t sell you a complete trigger assembly, but only the parts.

I believe that all model 10s share the same «#trigger hanger#» and pins.
Numrich it’s only a question on selecting the right model and parts will be cheap i believe.
They have so many savage 10 designations on there

Yes,sort of, they need to know exact model and maybe a part number.
They said most of their parts are for models 2015 and back.
Not sure what the TR stands for or what year model it is.

I think savage arms is the best bet as they go by serial number and they’re prices are cheap.
You just need a gunsmith license to buy from them.

There are at least three different versions of the Savage Accutrigger. The hunting version has considerably heavier trigger pull than the one fitted to the 10T-SR from Cabela's. There is yet another "target" version of the trigger with a red Accutrigger blade that will adjust lighter yet than the mid-weight version.
I have the middle weight trigger on my 10T-SR and it's not bad at all for a cheap rifle.
Your best bet will probably be to buy parts through a gunsmith if you can find one that'll order for you.

Call up Savage US, and see what they say the part number(s) should be - and go from there. You might be able to get the specific part(s) you need from Numrich or you can probably buy them directly from Savage.

The Savage US contact number is 1-800-370-0708. Have your rifle serial numbers ready.

I have a stock savage 10 non-accutrigger sitting around somewhere, upgraded to a Timney... I would look into an aftermarket one instead.

Just as 7ECA said call Savage get the part numbers then Jerry or Numrich should be able to help, but also as sk8 says why not just upgrade to a Timney or CG or Jewel trigger? They are definitely better then any factory trigger and likely about the same price once you factor in exchange and shipping.
