I've had this (https://www.amazon.ca/Hornady-Electronic-Scale-1500-Grains/dp/B001KZ7JLW) old Hornady GS 1500 for 6+ years now, it was my default scale for a while. Slowly over time it stopped zeroing correctly. The included 100g weight always fell short.
I've replaced it as it obviously wasn't trustworthy, but I'm cleaning up my reloading bench and wondering if it's worth any time, or just scrap electronics?
For the record I've tried all of the best digital scale practices such as limiting moving air, avoiding florescent lighting, etc.
I'm thinking about taking some of my old reloading equipment up to the hunt camp and wondering if this thing can be recalibrated or should I just get a new beam scale? ... I'm thinking I'll want the beam scale anyways, but I liked the speed of digital.
