I have this manual. I bought it at Milarm in Edmonton about 3 years ago and they had a few available at the time. Doesn't hurt to ask I guess.
 
i have several of those , different updated versions, comic book type u.s. military "user manuals" given to soldiers from when the rifle saw service in vietnam. and several new reprints of some of the original manuals, armourers manuals and NM conditioning booklets.

neat stuff to have in a collection
