Scattergun Tru-line sight question

Ok, my tru-line ghost rings arrived today, was going to mount the front blade over my bead, when I noticed that the directions say I need to remove the bead and replace it with a conversion screw of some sort. Of course this isn't included or shown at the Wilson site. Does anyone here have any experiance with this or even better, could post a pic of one so I can fabricate a copy? I've contacted P&D where I purchased it, but I don't want to wait for a silly screw to cross the country to mount my new sights.
