Hey fellas, I am looking at getting a new reticle put in my S&B PMii 5-25x56, right now it has a P4L ( line thickness 0.067 mils ), my biggest complaint is that there's no wind holds until you're a full mil off the crosshairs. I recently bought a Razor 4.5-27x56 in EBR-2C to replace my PMii, long story short, I don't like it nearly as much as my S&B. Don't like the open centre and find the line thickness of 0.030 mils too fine, I'm thinking about the H2CMR but am worried that line thickness of 0.035 mils isn't thick enough. I like to do most of my shooting in PRS around 12-18 magnification, I think thats one of the reasons that I like the thicker lines.
Do any of you guys have the H2CMR?
Do you like the reticle?
Any chance if you live in the Edmonton area we could meet up at the CHAS range or other range to look though your scope?
Thanks ZAZ

Had the P4LF for a few years. Changed it for the H59 this year for the exact same reasons. More holds. Less dial.

Did not replace my S&B, I still have it. I called S&B and asked about putting a new reticle in, S&B said it was no problem. I'm holding on to the Razor till my S&B had a new reticle in it, then Ill sell the Razor.
I got the Razor at a really good price so thought i'd try it out and see how I liked it.
Thanks for putting up the reticle pictures, not sure why I thought that the H2CMR was .035 but yeah .030 is too fine for me.
I tried a scope with the H59 but I wasn't a fan, too much clutter for a guy that dials elevation on everything and holds for wind.
I kind like how the MSR2 looks but its unfortunate that the .2 wind holds end after 1 mil. I could also do with out the ranging bars.

Called S&B today, talked to there US office.
They quoted me the following prices.
All Horus reticles are $953.73 USD
MSR2 is $862 USD
H2CMR is $802.48 USD
I asked the rep to confirm the reticle dimensions for the H2CMR it’s .035Mils in line thickness.
Hope this helps you Leadmonkey.

Thanks it does! Confirms the info I had, but I wonder if it includes installation? Are you going for it? Still a lot of dough, depends what you can resell the existing optic and purchase a new one for... it probably will be close but may be less by selling.

That includes installation. Yeah it’s a lot of cash but I think it’s worth it if I love the reticle.
I would sure like to look though one before paying that kinda cash tho.
I haven’t decided what I’m going to, I’ll keep you posted if I go for it.
