School Club funding/scholarship by CGN

I apologize if this isn't the right section for this thread, I really wasn't sure where to put it.

Some friends and I are planning to start a marksmanship club at our university.

When I first started reading CGN, I remember reading something about CGN funding school clubs with a kickstarter grant. Did I remember wrong? If not, does this opportunity still exist? I tried searching for it, but couldn't find anything relevant.
