School me on the 244 Ackley please

Met an fellow today and he has one of Ellwood Epps personal guns, he is family related, 244 Ackley and he is looking for a box or so of ammo just so it is with the gun when time comes to move it on to one of his family. I assume it would be a reload probably.
Are there dies available, brass, can it be formed.
Looked and finding very little so any input would be appreciated.

Should be an improved 6mm Rem. That's what the 244 turned into, so the cases aren't hard to find. Firing factory 6mm Rem ammo in the chamber will give you the improved cases for reloading. - dan .

6mm AI is one of my favorite varmint rounds, works great on coyotes that are way out there. Been using one for quite a while now. - dan

Wouldn't have a spare set of dies knocking around LOL or a lead on a set.
