Doing my thing at the gravel pit today, I recovered some of my projectiles to take a look see as this is my first year trying the Nosler LRAB.
Not a scientific or controlled laboratory test by any means BUT , with a close inspection of these projectiles you can clearly see which contain more mass/weight after penetrating a sand/gravel pile.
On the left , 190gr LRAB 30 cal, left the muzzle at 3063ish.
On the right , 150gr Sc II 's 7mm , 2950 muzzle velocity.

You can definitely see which ones have more remaining lead attached to the jackets.
I'm still impressed with these bullets from Swift.
