Ive been fooling around with my new toy, a .204 Ruger and noticed that when I go to move my POI left/right- Up/Down that that 4 clicks moved my POI over a 1/2" vs. the stated 1". Would this have anything to do with the cal.? Once Im sighted in now my groups are great and consistantly hitting the same. The scope in question is an Elite 3200 3-9x40

Cheers!!

It won't have anything to do with caliber and that scope model should indeed have the 1/4 MOA clicks... what distance were you shooting at when you were adjusting?

1/4 MOA clicks are 1/4" at 100 yards. If you were shooting at 50 yards 4 clicks should only move you 1/2".

My understanding is that with hunting scopes (i.e. vs. target scopes) the click adjustments are usually approximate.
