What's a good Scope and Mount Combination for an AR15 HBAR with the carry Handle??? (good, better and best?)

An ARMS handle mount used with very low rings for the scope, there is no best when mounting a scope up there, you may consider a cheek rest added to the stock in order to get a decent position.

The Marksman Elite with Illuminated reticle was made for the AR.

Colt supplied a cheekpiece because of the high mount. The absolutely best solution might be to swap in a flattop upper, then there are many scoping/sighting options.
