I got an old Browning A Bolt 22LR that my dad gave me. He has a bushnel sportsview scope on it which isn’t very good. I was thinking of putting a vortex crossfire 2 to fire scope on it. What rings would be recommended? Is there a better choice for scope too? Around $200-$300 mark For just the scope

The A-Bolt receiver is both drilled & tap, and grooved. So you have plenty of options

Most people seem to go for the Leupold bases and rings

There are Weaver bases available, but personally, I don't find them very esthetic.

For rings on rimfires, I'm kind of partial to Talley's

Can't help you with the Vortex.
For that budget, I'd be tempted to look for a nice/used Leupold rimfire.

There was a Leupold Rim fire scope in the EE recently for within your budget iirc.
As mention Leupold makes either what you are looking for as mentioned by sillymike.
Congrats on the A-bolt they are nice shooters and fit and finish is very typical Browning A-bolt.
A thing of beauty.
