Scope base for a S&W 686..........

I know i dont like drilling into my revolvers, not sure if they still makr them but B-square. They clamp on the barrel

That's the one I had on my 686. It fit's in the existing drilled holes. It worked great for what it was worth but I just found it to heavy with everything on it. A 686 is heavy enough without a scope.

WEIGAND doesn't ship to Canada, at least, when I tried 6 months ago. Brownells carries his mount. & yes they are a bit big & heavy but can trimmed down. They use existing holes in the topstrap, if your revolver is pre- drilled.

I used a piece of picatinny that I had leftover from my sr22 had to mooch 3 screws from my lgs it fit the contour of the frame perfectly .357.jpg

I plan to use a Browning Buck Mark Reflex, this probably won't work on the Allchin mount? I can make a call if your not sure. Thanks.

Unsure of the mounting holes on the Browning Buck Mark Reflex. As per the site: S&W Mini STS Scope base - Fits Burris Fast Fire Scope, JPoint, Optima 2000, Leopold, C-More STS, & Most Other Small Dot Scopes.

Prob a good idea to drop him a line and check.

The Brown sight will clamp onto a Weaver base, thinking I might be able to fab a weaver base, I'll take a closer look next chance I get.
Thanks to ALL that replied to the post.
