Scope base(s) for Savage 24

I have a Savage 24 that I need to mount a small scope on. Kwik Site does make a base/rings setup that will work, but I would like to find something in Canada.

I'd like to hear from anybody who has installed rings on a 24. Regular dovetail rings won't tighten on a 24, as the grooves are a different width apart.

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

Found a set of rings that, with a bit of work, were made to tighten sufficiently on the undersized grooves. Mounted a Weaver K4. Looks good. See pic under my post in Sporting Arms.
