Scope Bases For Dan Wesson's

I'm looking for scope bases for a Dan Wesson 722 - 8" barrel. Done a lot of research, and I know Weigand makes one but I'm not looking to D/T the barrel. And various other options also appear to be no longer made.

Anyone got creative with scope bases?

Is your shroud vented? I'm in the same boat, I don't want to D/T. I would love some of those old Leupold rings

I have a 3 ring set holding the scope on my Dan Wesson 44 mag., I think that they are Redfield rings made for the Dan Wesson shroud. The scope has been on the shroud for many years now but if you can find a set they hold the scope very secure.

Did you have any luck finding a mount? I have a 744 that I want to put a red dot on and can't find anything that I can get shipped to Canada.
