Anyone know who supplies those scope blinder thingy's that attach to the rear of Leupold/Weaver target scopes? Usually of translucent. light coloured material so you can shoot with both eyes open.

I suppose I could make one out of milk jug plastic but would prefer something a little less Mickey Mouse.

Blinders

Good day,
If you have a flip up objective lens cover you can turn it sideways so that when it is open it blocks your view from the other eye.

That is what I do and it works great.

I usually shoot with both eyes open, and just shift focus from one eye to the other, depending on if I'm preparing to shoot or just scouting.

Both eyes open is the best way. If you're shooting with you're dominant eye (proper technique - I had to switch shooting sides once i figured out the dominant eye thing) seeing through the scope gets much easier, to the point that using an eye block isn't as strongly required.
