Just purchased a Swarovski Z3 3x9x40. I already have a Conquest 3x9x40 and Burris Fullfied II 3x9x40

Once the Swarovski scope arrives I plan to do some comparisons between them. I really hope I can see a difference between the Swarovski and the other 2 considering the price difference
I will post my results once Ive had time to view them under different light conditions etc

and now I will need to purchase a gun for the new scope :dancingbanana:

You'll definately see a big difference between the Swaro and the Burris , I find the light transmission is better on it than on the Conquest as well.

I do not know about the z3 but the z6 is stunningly clear & sharp, and I have a LPS Leupold and Nightforce to compare to, keep us posted

I am anxious to hear the results on this. I am setting up my first hunting rifle and I have decided on one of 2 illuminated scopes....

1) Swarovski Z6(i) [3 different sizes in this class to decide on]
2) Zeiss Victory Diavari [2.5-10x50.... reticle in the second image plane]

A friend told me that if I am going to spend the money, it is best to spend more on the optics then on the rifle, so I have been trying to get as much info as I can to help make my decision. So far I am leaning a little toward the Swarovski with their "easy to set up" ballistic turret system. Looks very simple as well as accurate and I think there is only like $500 difference between the two.
