I was at the range with my 22WMR, I have a Bushnell Banner 6-24 on it and I noticed that when the AO was focused to see clearly at 100 the dial was set at 300. It was a warm day and there was a lot of mirage through the scope at full magnification and I was constantly having to adjust it to see clearly. But when I turned it back to the 100 mark it was way out of focus. Could this scope bbe pooched? It was workig fine last time I used it and there doesn't seem to be any other problems with it...

The distances on most AO`s are not that accurate in my experience. Just move it till it`s focused.

I realize that the markings are not dead accurate, but they have been pretty damn close. I have three of these scopes and all of them have always been very close to proper focus at the corresponding range marks. For this one to be so far out I started wondering if something inside was possibly failing.
