Scope for 6.5 creedmoor

I'm looking to buy a scope for a savage stealth 6.5 creedmoor. . Unfortunately I'm limited to about a $1200 budget, looking for the best bang for the buck. Suggestions are appreciated
-also looking for opinions on magnification 4x16x50 compared to 6x24x50

Sightron S3 6-24. Used ones are in the $1000 range. I think there are 2 in the EE right now.

X2 for sightron. I'm running the 8x32. I think it's the lrmoa.

The Bushnell DMRs are a good choice, as are the older 6500 in 6-24x50 with the G2 reticle.

The Sightron SIII is nice. I like my 8-32X56 But if you can save up $2000-2200 buy a NF. Turrets are so much nicer. I imagine you will be dialing long range??

I'm looking at 500-1000 meters on average

Cabelas is selling a NF 4x16x56 for about $1500 but I think the magnification is to week for the distance I want to shoot at

There is an 8-32 SIII LRMOA for $850 in the EE right now, I'd be jumping on that I was gonna just because it was cheap.

Would be perfect for your application.

If you can save a bit more, the SIII's are gems.

Just shot PRS this weekend, saw everything from the Bushnell x10 to Tangent Theta. Everybody had to dial back for mirage, I know I didn't crank up past x12 on a x24 scope.

Also, x2 for Sightron clarity. I borrowed a 6x24 Viper for the Mil reticle and really missed the glass on my SIII LRMOA. That said, the turret clicks on the Sightron aren't as tactile (if that's the word) as any of the other mid priced scopes.

I think FFP is a must, having to range or make reticle corrections sucks if you have to dial up or down to get the correct scale.
