(It looks like my treestand / bowhunting days are about over, and I enjoy "up close" deer hunting,) So I'm converting my 12 gauge duck gun into a slug gun, which is done, except for a 20" smooth bore IC barrel. It's currently topped with a Bushnell Banner Dusk to Dawn 1.75-4x32, which is nice, and clear, but doesn't give me the evening brightness that I'm used to with the 2-7x33 Redfield Golden 5 Star that tops my .270. I'm considering a Bushnell Legend Ultra HD 3-9x50 Multi-X, for it's features, including 4" eye relief. If this scope can handle the recoil from big magnum rifles, like .300, .338, .375, surely it can handle what a 12 gauge slug produces for recoil.....right? Also, which Canadian dealer would you expect to have the best price on this scope. Thanks.
 
Yes mlehtovaara, I see it's 14.7" long, and weighs 18.7 oz, so it's 3.9" longer, and 6.6 oz heavier than the scope that I have mounted now. I have yet to switch from the 28" vent rib barrel, to a 20" barrel, so I'm thinking it will "even out". The shotgun will be slung over my shoulder, until I get to my blind (I.e. no still hunting), so I'm not terribly concerned.
