scope for a Barret 50 cal

Ordered up a set of nightforce xtrm rings, the extra high ones. They "only" cost $278! Lol

I can't remember what height Nightforce rings I used on my MRAD, but they seem very solid and they hold up very well with my 338LM. I was very happy with them, and I suspect you will be too.

Get a SWFA scope in fixed power. You see them on the EE now and then. Fixed power is less moving parts and I believe quite a few of their scopes are rated for 50 cal.

Held zero for about 2000 rounds of 50 BMG

ATRS rings and Leupold VX3i 6.5-20

I have a set of these : https://mdttac.com/ca_en/elite-scope-rings.html holding this https://www.slideshare.net/Optics-T...-delta-optical-stryker-hd-550x56-optics-trade.

Works good.
The only bad shots are on me and I'm fortunate enough to have gear that can be 100% relied upon.
The MDT rings also feature a built in level in the base of the rear ring. The rings are also indexed and that usually means they are align bored for accuracy.
An illuminated reticle consists of a singe .25moa dot, so your eye doesn't register enough light to shrink your pupil in lowered light.
My sole use for the scope is F-Class shooting, so the 1/8 moa clicks are as good as it gets.
As an example of repeatability, I have added 22.3 moa of elevation at one time and managed a v-bull. Good enough for me.
Which ever way you go, plan on dropping some income to make it happen.
