Scope for BCL 102 in 308?

Hi.
I was looking for some suggestions on what scope I should use on my BCL 102? I mostly shoot handgun and 22's and would like to do a bit more long range shooting. I do hunt coyote and would like something that would be effective to 400 yards, but I don't want to break the bank either. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good scope, maybe in the $200 to $300 range? Also, is there an over-the-counter bullet that is more effective for that range.

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
 
I purchased a nikon m-308 for mine and found this more than adequate for the accuracy that is capable of the bcl 102. Putting a more expensive scope on this is not going to gain you anything in terms of long range accuracy unless you intend to rework the gun, barrel, trigger, bcg, which makes no sense anyway. A good mid range priced burris is also a good option IMO as well.
 
If your budget gets you into the $650 to 750 range, there are some very good options including the Sightron STACs and Athlon Argos BTR Gen 2, midas

With a semi, the concern can be holding zero while the rifle is rattling around. in this price range and brand, the mechanicals can handle the work. optics will also be very nice and very useable especially when trying to shift a bullet through underbrush to a target.

With our crappy exchange rate, I am shy to suggest scopes at a lesser price point given the platform.
