scope for browning brl 7mm rem mag

Hey guys I have recently purchased a browning brl 7mm rem mag and I'm wondering what scope you guys would recommend for it with out breaking the bank? I was thinking about a nikon buckmaster 4-12X40mm bdc reticle or a redfeild 4.5-14x40mm AR reticle? It will be used on the open country in saskatchewan and up north in the bush for moose and elk.

I am now thinking i will go with a leupold rifleman 4-12x40mm

I would not.I have, I think three of them,that came on rifles I bought used.For sure not one of Leupolds better products.

ok thnaks for the heads up. i don't really like the reticle on the leupold either. This rifle setup will be used for hunting and very likely some long shots. I've been tossing the idea around about a vortex viper hs 4-16x44 with the dead hold bdc reticle
