Scope guide mount thinger majig

Hello everyone!

Heres my deal, I got the stripper clip guide off (by tapping out the roll pin)

The roll pin broke:( But the scope guide mount has a roll pin in it.

So, I tried to first tap the guide in but damn is it a snug fit?
Does any one have experience in this area?
I've got a norinco m14.

Hey bob, its on this forum it was like 5 or 6 messages below mine a day ago.

the thread was started by jasonburnsdundee incase i didn't copy & paste the adress properly.


Have fun. I Tried doing it the other day and I sort have disfigured the clip guide scope mount. the leading edge of the mount it sort of shifted and bent. I can't believe I did that.

Oh well. it will still work, I just can't get the roll pin out of the guide. The guide that was supplied by manufacturer.
