How about telling us what kind of scope it is?

Bought new last year, and just got it back from Alberta where I had the reticle changed. Mounted on same rifle with Leupold base, and rings.

Turn it the other way and count the minutes of adjustment. If you get less than 120 minutes check the same for elevation if you get 120 set the adjustments for otical center and chech your mounts are true, if not send it back to Korth with an explaination.

as per SGJoe...I usually turn the dial one way until it stops. Then turn it the other way until it stops, counting the "turns"....should be about 7 to 7 1/2 full turns.
Then turn it back half way.
Do the same with the other dial
Then start sighting it in. You have maximum adjustment each way
