Scope mount for $60 in Canada - can I find it?

Life sucks. Rimary arms do not ship to Canada, neither do Opticsplanet, they have that mount for only $15.

So I have the scope, but can not mount it. Please, somebody help - where I can get a mount in Canada or who will ship it from States?
Looks a lot like the air rifle mounts we buy from these guys. Take a look through what they have.
