Scope mount for a T 97 rifle

Hi CGN! I want to hunt coyotes with my T 97, what mount or rings do you prefer to mount a one inch scope? Thanks very much in advance!! It's a gen 3.

Not sure if you’ve got this sorted out already, but I have Burris Xtreme Tactical medium height rings with a 40mm objective lens scope. It just clears the rail. If your objective lens is bigger you’ll need high rings. Other option is a one piece scope mount which will clear every optic imaginable but it sits too high for my liking on the Type 97.

Low rings won't work in my experience. I use tall and they work fine.
