Scope/mount for SKS

I've searched and can't find an answer to this question....

What is a good scope/mount combo for shooting out to 200-300 yds with a SKS? I'd like to be able to keep the scope mounted rigidly to the receiver and use the stripper clips to load. The rifle is also likely to be used as a close-range deer gun in the mountains of Alberta, so a see-thru mount would be nice (yes, I want it all. I'm a greedy SOB).

The mount made by Choate Tool attaches onto the receiver itself.

SKSman has the choate scope mount...

Ive used all the other crappy cover scope mounts and they all loose zero...

Now I have the Choate Scoope mount and life is great...

What's a decent scope to put on it?

Check out the "scout" scope mount as well. Don't have to drill and tap for it but wont lose zero and has a built in iron sight. Marstar sells em.
