Scope mount riser

I am looking for a scope mount riser to attach a scope to my SR-22. I want to mount a red dot but found with it sitting on the stock rail, it is a bit low.I am looking for a riser (1,2 or 3 rails don't matter) or set of tall rings that have a a picatiiny rail on top.

Is there any place in southern ontario that carries this kind of stuff? I am in Guelph and will be heading towards Toronto and would like to pik something up rather than wait for a mail order.
