We sell a lot of these guns and mount scopes on almost every gun we sell. Lately we have found limitations in elevation adjustments on most scopes and have had to use Burris Signature rings with variable plastic inserts to achieve proper elevation. We suspect the barrel/receiver tolerance issues are increasing and feel this is the cause. The receiver has machined in rimfire rails and is not drilled and tapped so we are very limited in options to achieve more elevation. Anyone else experiencing these issues and or come up with other solutions? Phil.

Are you running into this problem with lower power rimfire scopes, or is this happening with the high power type scopes people want to use these days....ie 24x and up, 1/8" clic adjustment, just to shoot at 25-50m?
Lots of the high power bench rest style scopes have very limited adjustment ranges. For example an Elite 4500 6-24x40 or 8-32x40 only has 26" adjustment at 100m, plus any windage adjustment done can cut into that depending on the internals of the scope.
