I have a Ruger 10/22 DSP. The previous owner has rails installed on it which I guess came with the box. My question is what mounting rings do I need and where can I purchase them? The scope that will be used is a BSA Sweet .22

Any and all help is appreciated as always!

Cheers!

You can buy rimfire-type "tip-off" rings at any gunshop for cheap. Or...you can get a Weaver base for your 10/22, also very inexpensive (maybe $10?) and available just about anywhere. You replace the rail on your gun with this Weaver rail, which comes with screws that go into the same predrilled holes on the receiver. Then you can use any of the zillions of different Weaver-style rings on the market. You can get them in just about any height, any finish and any price-range that you want. Easy, inexpensive and worthwhile.
