Scope mounts for Thompson Center Icon Precision Hunter

I have a T C Icon Precision Hunter in 223 cal. and will be mounting a Vortex Diamondback 4x12x40 scope . The scope has a 1' dia. tube
What would you recommend for rings .
Should I use medium or low rings
The Icon has the built in Weaver base
