scope mounts out of usa ?

ok ive done search after search, and cant find anything about scope mounts being a controlled device out of the US,

can anyone confirm this for me,

are scope mounts considered "gun parts"

i have read the itar sheet, but if anyone can understand what it actually says, in all that mumblejumble, maybe they can explain it for me,.

I ordered mounts from Conetrol and they told me they ship to Canada all the time with no problems.

what about sight mounts for an eotech, or aimpoint from american defense, GG&G, ARMS , larue, ?

Brownells ships scope mounts as well, most of them anyways.
