Scope Mounts

Hey everyone so im basically a newb to the sport of shooting and even this forum in general but i was wondering if the community here could give me a hand.

I'm looking at picking up a savage 10fp-sr rifle in .308 calibre and a friend suggested that i look into the bushnell 3200 10x tactical scope with the target turrets as a cheap but accurate scope that i could afford on a college student budget.

My question is what rings and mounts would work the best for this rifle and scope perhaps this is a stupid question and its proibably been asked hundreds of times and this probabaly isnt even the right place to post this but i thought id just go out and ask.

We make a plus 20 rail from stainless barstock that is made to fit that rifle perfectly. A set of TPS rings and you are set.
Personally a variable wouldbe my suggestion rather than a fixed 10 power. Have a look at the Vortex and Sightron lines. Comparable quality or better than the Bushnel, but more options in the target/tactical lines for about the same $$
