Had a first yesterday. Never had a scope (Bushnell Elite ERS) #### the bed, I think (even though I swear a few times the scope was buggered but no, it was just me). Shot 11 rounds of load development no issues. Decided to do a tall target test. 2 rounds at zero, all good. Up 4.5 mils good, Up 7.0 mils good then dialed back to zero but never shot. Walked up had a look and noticed the 7.0 was an 1" to the left (all me) decided to go back up to 7.0 mils and shot, it was 4 inches lower than the first 7.0 but I never noticed at this point. Dialed back to zero, then 2 rounds at 1.5 mils left and right and lastly another at zero. All three of these were about 3"-4" below my zero (walked up and had a look). Then dialed up to 20 mils and back to zero, shot and was 3" high. Checked my rings and everything was torqued correctly. Decided to pack up. Never had an issues with a scope before, I am thinking it needs to go back to Bushnell. Any ideas?

It's always great to bring a good shooter to the range.
If in doubt, let them try it out.

Hard to hunt with a rifle you have doubts on the optics.
Send it in to clear any misforgivings on your scope.

You scope doesn’t track. That isn’t a ring/base issue, its a tracking issue. Send it back.

That was the whole reason you did a tall tracking test, why are you second guessing your results?

Bushell is great. My buddy backed over his rifle and pooched his scope. Admitted it and they replaced it. Maybe they just felt bad for him i dont know but he got a new scope in the mail

Well the scope is officially nfg. Great service, scope arrived on Jan 3 (Friday), and they had it on the hoist yesterday. Got an email saying it was done and gave me some new scopes to pick from, all of them a significant upgrade. Probably not the only company that would do this but I imagine I'll be a Bushnell customer for a long long time now.
