hi folks, i just recieved a utg handguard trirail for my m305 and would like some member input on a scope.

id like to be able to still load from strippers so i guess a long eye relief scope is probably the best bet.

90% of my shooting will be done at a 100m range but id also like the ability to use this on 200 and 300yrd ranges if possible.

is there a scope out there that will allow this or should i forget about using the stripper clips and just buy a shorter eye relief scope and load from the mag?

thanks, dave

I put on the NCstar 2-7 ler illuminated scope. $100 got me a scope that has gone through 200 + rnds without a problem. I put some low rings on it, blue loctited all the screws including the ones on the tri rail and am very pleased.

What you want is an IER(Intermediate Eye Releif) scope. An example of this is the Leupold Scout.
Try to find one the next time you visit a gun shop.

I ran mine with an eotech 552 a65. I have a few clients that are using leupold long eye relief scopes on thier utg set ups, not sure the model though
