Scope recommendations for Cooey 64

I’d like to put a scope on my old cooey 64 for small game hunting. I’m hoping to get some ideas for a suitable scope for for this gun/purpose. Thanks!

Since it'll probably all be within 50y I'd use a 2-7*32 or so. When I'm bored at the deer stand I track red squirrels on 3 power no issue.

Yes because who puts a 1k plus optic on a 180$ cooey?

Simmons 3-9x32 22mag is a decent cheap scope

I got a nice Tasco 4-12x40 AO for about $100 at CT - It's on my Marlin-60. And watch for Black Friday & C-mas, Kijjiji & EE.

No doubt, if what this new guy really needs is the cheapest POS available (and they're all out of Tascos).

I put one of the simmons 4x32 .22mag fixed power scopes on my Henry. Been very impressed, very clear picture (far better than the 2-7x33 vortex crossfire II I also own). For under $100 it can’t be beat. Will likely end up with another to put on my 10/22 back packer eventually. If you need more magnification the 4x. I absolutely love my Bushnell prime 4-12x40 scope. Side parallax adjustment great clearity (can clearly see my hits on paper at 100yards and multiple exposed elevation turret options for different calibers or a even a capped option as well. Great scope for $300.

Additionally the bushnell banner II scopes are really nice budget options but there a bit bulkier. I have a 4-12 on my savage A22. And it’s been great it’s just bulky and heavy so not my favorite
