Scope Ring Height?

Hello:

I just ordered a Savage Model 12FVSS in .223 along with a Bushnell Elite 4200 4X16X40 scope. I would like to order a set of Burris 1" Signature Zee Weaver-Style rings for it. I am just not sure what ring height I would need for this setup (Medium or High?). Can anyone with this same setup provide some guidance to me on what scope ring height I would need? Thanks for your time.

I have a Savage 10 LE .308 Win with a Bushnell Elite 3200 fixed 10 power mildot scope with the 40mm objective lense set up in 1" Burris Z Weaver style medium height rings. Mediums rings work fine. ;)
 
the medium rings work fine on most 40mm objective scopes. the higher rings are usually needed on the 50mm objective scope because of the larger diameter of the scope sometimes puts it on top of the front sight,without using the higher rings.i've seen cases where medium ring worked fine on a 40mm scope but it was close enough to the front sight that the lens covers wouldn't slide on the end of the scope,without hitting the front sight. ofcourse you can always remove the front sight.
