Scope rings for cz 455

The rings needed depend to some extent on the scope you have. What is it?

In case readers are wondering, CZ (and other rifle-makers such as Anschutz), use 11mm dovetail grooves on all their 455 models.

If it's a 1" tube scope, with a 42mm objective, you can use Warne 7.3/22 high rimfire rings. Amazon.ca sells them under the moniker "Warne Scope Mounts 22 High Matte Tactical Rings" for about $35 - 40. There are, of course, many other rings to choose from, including BKL, Burris rimfire, Sportsmatch, and if on a tight budget UTG Accushot Premium Mid profile airgun/22 rings for $19, available at Amazon and a very good bang for the buck, so to speak.

Talley makes a decent rimfire ring to fit as well. Make sure to get the "high" rings, as the CZ's tend to have a fairly high bolt throw.

Get the high talleys for 67 bucks from prophet river... worth every penny 22czrh. If you are using a smaller than 40mm leupold scope you can get away with low mounts but most scopes other than leupold have too large of an eyepiece for the bolt to clear. The leupolds rings are nice too.

I have 4 sets of Warne all work well for me. In 1" and in 30mm quick detach as well.I wouldn't be against another set at all. I use Leopold as well that are acceptable. You will probably here from some that they don't like them but that is the nature of internet keyboard jockey's. What model of 455 and scope do you have? All that comes into play. Some Warne numbers are also priced ok on Amazon dot ca.
