Scope rings for cz FS rifles

Im a total scope newb- how do I put a scope onto a CZ 452 FS? it has 3/8 rings

All CZ rimfires have an 11 mm. dovetail to mount your rings. I have used Leupold #54231 medium height and #54234 high mount rings.

No they dont..some have a 3/8 or 13mm rail as well

Talley makes a nice ring as well that fits perfectly. CZ dovetails can sometimes be a challenge to fit rings to, as they have different angles than North American 3/8" dovetails. The best bet is to measure first, then order or buy rings. I'm using both Leupold and Talley rings on CZ rimfires. The Talleys fit deeper into the dovetail, but the Leupolds work for me, but some say they have had canted rings as a result of insufficient engagement of the rings into the dovetail. Talleys cost twice as much though.

i have weaver grandslams on my cz452 american. they work really well and i like the look too

ordered a set ot Talleys.....$81 as I am shaking my head...just have to try them as I heard they were pretty darn good...I did try a set of weaver medium rings I had kicking around, they seem to fit in decently to the dovetail, but just barely cleared the bolt.....
