After doing a search, I didnt turn up anything that helped me out. The last piece of the puzzle I require for the 10/22 Im putting together is a set of good rings for the Millett DMS 1-4 power that will be used. Suggestions for quality 30mm rings would be a great help.

Once I get my hands on a good set of rings, a full build and test report is in the works.

Burris, Weaver, B-Square, Millet & Leapers all make a decent mid range "tactical" 30mm rings.
I don't think you could go wrong with any of them on your 10/22. ;)

Burris Signature Zee rings. They use a nylon insert that allows the scope to float in the rings for no bending forces on the tube. The insert also does not leave marks and you can buy offset inserts to add elevation if you are planning on shooting at longer ranges.

I would suggest not to buy the Millett Angle-Loc rings as they seem to be having some quality control issues.

I bought a set of 30mm high for Weaver, matte blued and one was rusty enough that I pretzeled the cheap allen key that came with it and still couldn't get the top screws out. A better key did the job, but they were really tight. A replacement set, direct from Bushnell, was close to the same - less rust, tighter screws.

And the top half of the rings looks a little flatter than the bottom, with the fit at the screws slightly sprung. I'm not impressed, although customer service was good.

I think I'll get a set of Zees instead.
