Scope Rings

I have a Savage 10TR, about to mount a scope. Anyone have recommendations on rings? Secondly Height of rings to clear the huge bolt knob

I am using 30mm Burris XTR Signature rings (1 inch height) for my Sightron S111 6-24x50 on my 10TR and they work great.
Bolt clearance is fine and the scope height is good for me. These rings are nice with the inserts as I added 25 MOA cant into the setup as well.

Spuhr ISMS mount. They come in various heights and cants and tough as they come. Also super easy to level your scope with the wedge included. And there is a bubble level built into the mount. Took me 15 min to mount my scope to my gun perfectly level. Not cheep though around 550$

Another vote for Burris Signature rings.

I'm partial to MDT's rings and if those don't suit you then Badger Ordnance rings are pretty much the standard.

Recently saw a set of ARC rings in the shop and they were very nice as well

Before suggesting anything, it would be good to know more details:

1. What scope are you planning to install? How big is the objective lens? What is the tube size?
2. Do you need a quick attachment option for your setup?
3. What shooting are you planning to do? Do you need extra MOA?

You would like your scope to sit as lower as possible. This calculator will help to find the right size. And use search next time as this question was beaten to death.

I'd personally go with the MDT 30 mm medium's or if you wan't to save a bit of money, there is nothing wrong with the Leupold Mark 4's.
