I recently sent a couple of T series scopes down to Bill Ackerman in New Mexico for blueprinting. I saw a thread regarding scopes and the new US permit issue. My question, do I need a permit to get them back now? I hope not since they are only down there for REPAIR.
On a side note, ordered a bunch of stuff from Sinclair's the other day and get a load of this.... I can get three Tubb Replacement Springs for Remington actions(no permit required) but I can not get 100 pieces of Winchester 250 Savage brass (permit required).
Now is this putting the horse before the carriage or what?!?!???
