Scope/sight recommendations for a Ruger American Ranch 7.62x39

Hi all,
I'm looking to get some scope/sight recommendations. Expected usage:
1) 3 gun (typically 15ish to 200m)
2) Plinking in the bush
3) Maybe hunting within 250 or so meters

I was looking at:
1) Primary arms 1x or 3x
2) Leupold 2-7x33
3) Primary arms 1-6
4) Leupold 1.5-4x20

Would like to keep the budget around $600 or so. I also have astigmatism, which is why I was looking at the etched reticle options (I have an eotech and a sig romeo but experience some blooming). Happy to hear some insights/recommendations. TIA!

I have a VX-1 2-7x33 on mine (#2 on your list). Fits the rifle perfectly and works for what I need it for which is plinking and deer hunting.

Nice! Are those low or super low rings?

They are redfield low mounts I believe.

I have a Bushnell LPVO on my 7.62x39 ranch along with a Skinner scout rail.

Stuck an Aimpoint PRO on mine because thats what I had laying around. Don't want to put an LPVO on there because I want to keep this rifle light and compact so I really like the red dot idea.
Considering some sort of fixed 3x. Still small and light with magnification but I can still shoot close with both eyes open.
