Who makes a:
Fixed power in 16 ~ 20 range
30mm tube
50mm objective
Target turrets
Mil / Mil
Generous eye box (don't like the tight ones).
Looking for a lighter option, very seldom use "zoom" function. All the "zoomey" PRS scopes put me over weight for Silhouette.
General purpose / all around rifle. High Power Silhouette, some bench, thinking of trying PRS. Primarily target use.

Not certain about the 50 mm objective - but is at least one fixed 16X here by SWFA - a "SS" 16x42 - pretty much has all the other features you list - they are / were available in MilQuad reticle plus turret clicks - also was a Mil reticle and MOA clicks for those that prefer that system. They have rear ring for AO - like a variable power ring - just in front of the eye piece, but I have never checked their weight.

Not sure why you would want MIL/MIL in a silhouette scope. Or a 30mm main tube and 50mm objective since they will just add weight with no real benefit in silhouette shooting. A Leupold VX3 6.5-2040mm with target turrets has 45 MOA of adjustment and only weighs 18oz. Realistically that is about as light a scope as you can get and it's in a good power range for what you're trying to do on a silhouette rifle. I shot silhouette with a 6.5-20x Leupold for years and given the price you could get one for I don't know why you wouldn't search up the used market. You could even find a good standard Vari-X III or VX3 in a standard configuration and send it to Korth to have target turrets and a 1/8 MOA dot reticle added and you would be in business.

Leupold used to offer a fixed 24 or 36x scope. The only issue you run into with fixed magnification is that you can lose the target in heavy mirage. If you can't dial back out of the mirage you're not going to have much fun.

Realistically, a silhouette rifle is not a PRS rifle is not a benchrest rifle. Decide on what game you want to play and build up the rifle and scope package that will allow you to play that game the most effectively as possible. If you try to "jack-of-all-trades" your optic, you will be making compromises that will hold you back as a shooter.

Thanks for replies so far.
I have a SWFA 16 x 42 SS, it does check most of the boxes except the eye box is smaller than I'd like - and its on another rifle already.
I'll have a look at the Leupold 6.5-20.
