Scope with external adjustments - info needed

I picked up this old 3/4" dia. scope recently, It has no marking on the tube, only Ward's on the mount, but on-line searching suggests it has similarities to early Mossberg sights. It has an internal "cartridge" type brass lense holder and has flaked lenses and maybe one missing. I can see fine cross hairs. It is 15.5 inches long.

Any info would be appreciated.
