Check it out, what do ya think? Feels very solid, make sure you got a spare stock since you do have to remove a little. Very happy with it!

It looks good.

I hope it holds zero well. I have heard good and bad about that type of mount. If it works well for you, I am considering doing the same to an Israeli. :)

Cheers!

Ah not sure what you mean. It is basically two clamps secured with one screw(rear) and 2 screws (front) to close the clamp on the receiver. Then a couple more screws to hold the top "rail" on and the rings are windage adjustable.

Well, took it out to the range finally, seems to hold up just fine. Easy to adjust with the built in windage adjustments on the "Rail".

Found what load I should be working with, Varget, 155gr palmas, 43-44 grains or so. Will have pics next time I post with groups and stuff. Best today was a quick 5 shot at 43.5gr Varget got about 1.5" wide and not very tall @ 100 yards. Should be pretty sweet.

Got to the range again. About 200 down the pipe with this setup and holding well. Pics.

46 Grains of Varget for the win.

Thats 100 yards with the old 4x scope that was free. What a gun for a beater...
