Other than my Schmidt and Bender PMII, is anyone aware of other scopes that use a numeric revolution turn indicator for the elevation turret? I'm aware that some scopes have mechanical or marked indicators but not aware of any other scopes that use a numeric indicator on MT turrets?

If you mean a 'vernier' type making on the inner sleeve of the turret, pretty much all scopes with target turrets do.

Lots to offer

My question could have been clearer but what I'm specifically looking for is a scope like the S&B PMII where each rotation of the is elevation turret is indicated by a number in a window on the turret knob.

The number in the window is likely a patented S&B thing... I wouldn't bother as the generic vernier scale works just fine and with many new gen scopes have 2 to 3 full revs to go bottom to top.. and with zero stop, it just isn't relevant.
