Scoping a Rossi 92

I'm in the process of getting a Rossi 92 in 454 Casul, and am wondering if anyone has some leads on scoping the rascal? Probably something in the lines of a scout style mount with a long eye relief scope will fill the bill. Any thoughts?

Weaver reference states that a #3A base (sidemount) will work for the 92, however the frame will have to be drilled and tapped.

Some have used Thompson Center scout bases I understand on 92s. A scout mount coming from Rossi it would seem.
