Scoping a S&L M69

I've had a few Mauser rifles done in the past, I wouldn't do it to one of these unless it was already messed up from original.
The front rings usually have some scrubbing, so that can affect things by putting your scope POA lower then the bore, could be minimal, could require shimming or other fixes.
Bolt handle needs to be bent, or cut and welded to clear the scope.
It will probably be more of an exercise in frustration then anything else. Learn how to shoot it as is...target sights are very good on these, or buy something else optics ready.

Apologies for reviving an older post but just saw it.

It can be done but pricey. I have a CG63 done in this fashion. Was messed with originally so no issues there. Armurier Lavaltrie in Quebec did the work. Stripper clip guide ground off and a one piece rail milled to fit. Purchased this way but I was looking into having one done in this fashion when this popped up on the EE. This thing really shines out to 1000.
